Questions

Repair FAQ

How much will my repair cost?

It depends on your phone model and what needs fixing. Call us at (672) 208-6756 or send a quote request with your model and the problem, and we’ll give you a price.

How long does a repair take?

That depends on the repair and whether the part for your model is on hand. Ask us when you get your quote and we’ll give you a time estimate.

Do I need an appointment?

You’re welcome to walk in. Calling ahead at (672) 208-6756 lets us check we have the right part for your phone before you make the trip.

Will I lose my photos and data?

Most repairs don’t touch your data, but any device can fail unexpectedly. We always recommend backing up to iCloud, Google or a computer before any repair if your phone still turns on.

My phone got wet. Should I put it in rice?

No. Rice doesn’t pull water out of a phone and can leave starch and dust in the ports. Turn it off, don’t charge it, gently dry the outside and bring it in as soon as possible.

Which phones do you work on?

We work on most popular models. If you’re not sure about yours, call (672) 208-6756 and tell us the make and model.
